Join our team as a Cleaner, where you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • General tidiness and upkeep of the facility

  • Garbage removal and disposal

  • Cleaning and sanitizing of washrooms

  • Sweeping and mopping of stands, lobby areas, and stairwells

 Event Attendants

We’re looking for friendly and responsible Event Attendants to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring entrances and exits

  • Scanning tickets and verifying access

  • Working closely with the security team

  • Assisting patrons with directions and seating

Join our team as a Ticket Agent, where you'll be at the front line of providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for event-goers.

 Facility Security
Join our team as a Facility Security, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety of the event for staff, patrons, performers and athletes. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • ensuring access points are secure, prevent unauthorized access

  • Manage gatherings and high-traffic areas to maintain order and safety

  • Provide immediate assistance in first aid situation and respond promptly to security incidents

  • Work closely with other security staff and facility personnel to maintain a safe environment

  • Accurately document incidents, observations and daily activities in detailed reports

We’re looking for individuals that are have a valid Ontario Security License, great communication skills, a friendly, professional demeanor and are able to work well in a team.

 

Fort William Gardens is open year-round and offers ice rentals seven days a week from September to April. The facility can also host special events year-round, with the option to cover the ice with flooring.

During the summer, the Fort William Curling Club ice surface is available for rent from May to September.
