Visitors to City Facilities to Screen for Travel as of Monday

As of Monday, Nov. 30 at 12:01 am, the City’s active screening tool will not permit members of the public to enter any city facility if they have travelled outside of Northwestern Ontario in the previous 14 days.

Today, Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission (CEDC) launched a new website and a promotional video for Thunder Bay. Both will be used as an economic development tool for the City and have come at a time when economic development is needed most.

City Crews Respond to Victoria Avenue West Water Main Break

The City is currently assessing a water main break on Victoria Avenue West that is resulting in disruptions to traffic.
To facilitate repairs, Victoria Avenue West will be closed in both directions between Edward Street and Leland Avenue North tomorrow, Nov. 24, from approximately 9 am to 4 pm.
Motorists are asked to plan alternate routes during the repair and to use extra caution if travelling near the construction area.
