Quick Poll Opens for Movie Nights in the Parks Film Line-Up

The City of Thunder Bay is seeking community feedback on the proposed movie line-up for this year’s Movie Nights in the Parks series.
Residents are encouraged to fill out a quick poll of movie choices at getinvolvedthunderbay.ca. The poll opens today and closes on July 20.
This year’s four-part series will be held Aug. 10 at Vickers Park, Aug. 17 at Boulevard Lake, Aug. 24 at Vickers Park, and Oct. 15 indoors at the Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre.

At City Council’s Committee of the Whole meeting on June 26, City Administration was directed to conduct targeted stakeholder engagement on specified items from the 2024 Budget Amendments Report.

The City of Thunder Bay is happy to announce the FREE activities and entertainment for Canada Day on the Waterfront, presented by Ontario Power Generation, on Saturday, July 1, at Prince Arthur's Landing, Marina Park.

Outdoor Pools & Beaches Opening June 30

All city outdoor swimming pools and supervised beaches will be open starting Friday, June 30, including Art Widnall Pool, Heath Park Pool, Boulevard Lake and Sandy Beach at Chippewa.
