PRO Kids proudly announces the conclusion of its second annual fundraising campaign, “Power to Play”. The campaign positions donors as “the #1 fan of a child in need” and raised an impressive $68,408, surpassing its goal of $50,000.

Reduced load restrictions will be lifted next week

The Reduced Load Restrictions that were implemented on April 12 within the city will be lifted on Monday, May 22 at 7 am. 

Restrictions are put in place annually during the spring thaw to protect roads and help prevent excessive damage to streets.

The City of Thunder Bay has received $2,692,293 from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) for the Fiscal Year 2023 (1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023).
