Citizen Satisfaction Survey Now Available Online for Residents

All residents are invited to complete the City of Thunder Bay’s Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The Survey is now open online at www.thunderbay.ca/GetInvolved.

Waste Collection Changes for Week Before Easter

Curbside waste collection dates, city wide, will change next week due to Good Friday.

Garbage and recycling collection will move one day earlier next week, for all residents. There will be no collection on Good Friday, Friday, April 15.

Citizen Satisfaction Survey Is Underway

The City of Thunder Bay has commissioned Ipsos, a professional public opinion research company, to conduct the 2022 Citizen Satisfaction Survey by telephone to a random selection of residents.

The campaign aims to raise $50,000 to help local children and youth access community activities when families cannot afford the fees. As part of the City of Thunder Bay’s efforts to maintain our roadways during the period of spring thaw, when road damage is most likely to occur, reduced heavy load restrictions will apply within the City of Thunder Bay limits beginning at 8 am on Monday, March 28.

The above date is dependent upon weather conditions and is subject to change. Changes may be made in conjunction with any changes to dates as established by the Ministry of Transportation.
