Battle of the Bands to be Featured at Exploring Our Routes

September 26, 2017 - The City of Thunder Bay is encouraging local youth to get involved in a new feature at this year's Exploring our Routes event on October 15 at the Kinsmen Youth Centre and Northwood Playfield. For the first time, the afternoon event will feature a youth Battle of the Bands competition.

Property Owner Ticketed for Smoke Alarm Violation

September 26, 2017 - A Mountdale Avenue property owner has been ticketed for failing to maintain a smoke alarm in operating condition. The ticket carries a fine of $360.

September 25, 2017 - Nominations are now open for the 7th Annual Mayor's Community Safety Awards, which recognize Thunder Bay residents and groups who are working to make our city safer.
