September 15, 2017 - Conquer the Tower, the fundraiser that makes a huge splash, is returning to the Canada Games Complex on Thursday, Nov. 9. Award-Winning DJ Shub to Perform a Free Concert at Culture Days

September 14, 2017 - The City of Thunder Bay is excited to announce that DJ Shub, formerly of A Tribe Called Red, will be featured in a free public concert as part of Culture Days.

Community Celebrates Recovery at Family-Friendly Event

September 14, 2017 - Several hundred individuals came out to celebrate Recovery Day at the 4th Annual Rockin' Recovery event held at Marina Park Festival area yesterday evening. The event, which featured five local recovery speakers and live entertainment, was planned in partnership with the Thunder Bay Drug Strategy, the Drug Awareness Committee, and community members.

Property Owner Ticketed For Smoke Alarm Violation

September 14, 2017 - A Mapleward Road property owner has been ticketed for failing to maintain a smoke alarm in operating condition. The ticket carries a fine of $360.  

Thunder Bay Fire Rescue responded to a structural fire at the residence on Sept. 3.
