Create an account
1. Click the Log in/Sign up button on the log in page.
2. Click Sign up now.
3. Enter your preferred email address and click Send verification code. You will receive a verification code at this email address.
Note: check your junk inbox if you do not receive an email within a few minutes.
4. Enter the verification code and click the verify code button.
5. Click the Continue button.
6. The personal information form will be loaded. Follow the instructions and complete the form.
7. To save the form and complete the account creation you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Data Collection Policy.
8. Click the Create button.
Log in
1. If you have created an account, click the Log in/Sign up button on the log in page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click the Sign in button.
Forgot your password
1. Click the Log in/Sign up button on the log in page.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address used for your account. Click the Send verification code button.
4. Check your email for your verification code. If you do not receive your code in a few minutes check your junk inbox.
5. Enter your verification code and click the Verify code button. Click the continue button.
6. Enter and confirm your new password. Click the Continue button.
7. You will be automatically logged in to the website.
Add a new card to your account
1. Click the Add Card button in the top right of the screen.
2. Enter the card number into the card number field. Note: the card number can be found on the back of your Lift Pass card.
3. Click the Add button. You will see the message "Card was successfully added to your account" at the top of the screen.
Register your Lift Pass
Registering your Lift Pass gives you peace of mind and ensures that your pass or rides are safe if the card is lost or stolen. If your Lift Pass is lost or stolen, and is registered, we can simply transfer your monthly pass or remaining rides to a new card.
1. If you have more than one card added to your account, select the card you want to register from the card drop down menu.
2. Click the Manage tab.
3. Fill out the Registration form. To save the form and complete the account creation you must read and agree to the terms of the Collection and Sharing of Information.
4. Click the Save button. A dialog box will be displayed to confirm the card was registered.
Check your balance
1. Log in to your account from the log in page.
2. Your card balance will be displayed under the Balance tab.
E-Pass: Monthly Pass
E-Pass Days: Day Pass
E-Rides: Single Ride
Reload your Lift Pass
1. If you have more than one card added to your account, select the card you would like to reload from the card select menu.
2. Click the reload tab.
3. Select the product and quantity you want to add to your cart:
- E-Pass: select the day pass or monthly pass product from the dropdown menu.
- E-Rides: select the amount of rides to load.
4. Click the Add to Cart button to add the products to your cart.
5. When you are ready to proceed with your order click on the Cart button.
6. Your cart will display your added products and order total. You can change quantities by selecting the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons. To remove a product from your card click the red X button.
7. To complete your order click the Checkout button. You will be redirected to a secure payment page to process the sale.
8. Once the payment has been processed a receipt will be emailed and you will be redirected back to the website. To save the payment card for future purchases click on the Save Payment Card button.
