December 14, 2015 - Thanks to Thunder Bay's generous citizens, the annual Santa Bus campaign has had yet another successful year, bringing in 7300 pounds of donated food for the Thunder Bay Food Bank.

"To the citizens of Thunder Bay - thank you for your continued support of this important campaign," said Ken Koza, President - Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 966. "Your donations are truly making a difference in our community."

The 21st Annual Santa Bus campaign was organized by Thunder Bay Transit and the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 966.

Throughout the 2015 campaign, all Thunder Bay Transit buses were accepting donations of non-perishable food items. In addition, residents could make donations at the Santa Bus itself, which was stationed at Metro Supermarkets.

All of the donated food was delivered to the Thunder Bay Food Bank on Monday.
