May 10, 2017 - The City of Thunder Bay`s 2017 Citizen Satisfaction Survey is available to residents online until May 23 at:

www.thunderbay.ca/haveyoursay

The City of Thunder Bay commissioned Ipsos, a professional public opinion research company, to conduct the 2017 survey by telephone to a random selection of residents.

For those residents who were not contacted by telephone, the survey is available online to anyone who wishes to give their views.

It includes a wide range of topics including the most important issues facing the community, quality of life, importance of and satisfaction with municipal services, and communication needs.

The online survey allows for additional input for the City to consider and meets the objective of active engagement for residents.
