All residents are invited to complete the City of Thunder Bay’s Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The Survey is now open online at www.thunderbay.ca/GetInvolved.

“Everyone living in Thunder Bay is encouraged to share their input,” said Tracie Smith, Director, Strategic Initiatives & Engagement. “Survey responses help to identify priorities and shape the future.”

The online version of the survey is available from April 7– 23. Questions cover a range of topics such as quality of life, issues facing the community, and municipal services. The survey will help shape the future of our City.

The City of Thunder Bay commissioned Ipsos, a professional public opinion research company, to conduct the 2022 survey by telephone to a random selection of 500 residents for a two week period, April 1 – 14. The online survey is now another opportunity for citizens to get involved if they did not get a phone call.
