The City of Thunder Bay invites homeowners to provide feedback on a proposed home energy improvement loan program that will guide how the City can support energy efficiency improvements and lower barriers in conducting home retrofits.
The Home Energy Improvement Loan Design Study involves an online survey, three in-person public engagement opportunities, and consultation with local financial institutions, utility providers, program administrators, and City staff.
The survey and more information can be found online via the City’s Get Involved platform at www.thunderbay.ca/getinvolved.
Paper copies will also be available at City Hall and all public libraries starting at 12pm on Dec. 2 until the survey closes on January 31, 2025.
