The City of Thunder Bay is inviting residents to provide feedback on Superior North EMS assets and services through a public survey, as part of its effort to update the Asset Management Plan.
The Asset Management Plan is an important tool that guides the City in making informed decisions about infrastructure and service delivery. As part of this process, the City is conducting a series of short surveys to gather resident input on various services. The information gathered will help identify areas for improvement, establish investment priorities, and ensure City services meet the needs and expectations of the community.
“Engaging with residents to understand the levels of service they expect from the City’s infrastructure is an important component when developing the Asset Management Plan,” said Amy Coomes, Project Manager. “This feedback allows us to better understand people’s experiences and concerns so we can manage our infrastructure effectively to meet current needs and plan for future requirements.”
The survey is open until January 31, 2025, and can be accessed at: www.thunderbay.ca/getinvolved. Other surveys related to City services will also remain open until the end of January.
Survey results will be compiled to inform the Asset Management Plan. Participation is voluntary, anonymous, and takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
