The in-person service hours at the Engineering and Development service counters inside the Victoriaville Civic Centre will change on Monday, Oct. 16.

Currently, in-person service counter hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Beginning Oct. 16, the new in-person service hours will be 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a 12:30 pm to 1:30 closure for lunch.

Telephone service will remain available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and messages will be taken during the lunch hour closure.

A self-serve appointment booking service will be introduced in the coming weeks to allow users to schedule their visit for a time that is convenient for them, while also ensuring City professional service providers are available when they arrive.

“While our in-person service hours are being slightly reduced, we remain committed to efficiently providing high-quality services to clients and citizens,” said Matthew Pearson, Manager of Central Support. “We understand that some situations require immediate attention, and we maintain our commitment to providing timely services by ensuring that our phone service remains available from 8:30- 4:30 Monday-Friday, alongside our 24/7 dispatch service for emergencies.”
