Mayor Bill Mauro will host a one-hour, virtual town hall meeting along with Eric Zakrewski, CEO of the Community Economic Development Commission, on Tuesday, May 12 starting at 7 pm.
Thunder Bay residents will have a chance to get answers about economic recovery in Thunder Bay, and how the city can help businesses in these unprecedented times.
The town hall will be broadcast live on the City's official social media channels (Facebook and Twitter), SHAW TV, the Tbaytel Community Channel and the City's website.
Residents are encouraged to submit questions in advance until May 11 at 12 noon on the city’s website. Questions will also be taken live on the phone and through an online chat on the city’s website during the broadcast. A phone-in number will be available and promoted May 12.
This is the second Mayor’s virtual town hall. Following the town hall, all questions and answers will be compiled and posted to the City’s COVID-19 page on the City’s website.
