Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, at its meeting held on Monday, December 17, 2018, declared surplus to the City's requirements pursuant to the City’s policies, the following property:

AND THAT the City grant an easement interest over Part of Block 5, Registered Plan W-42 Neebing, municipally known as 408 Montreal Street (A94), for utility purposes;

AND THAT the City's interest in the vacant property, being Part of Lot 1, Block 15, Registered Plan W-148 Neebing, municipally known as 639 Brown Street (A95), be sold to the abutting property owner for lot enlargement purposes;

AND THAT the City's interest in the lane adjacent to 1900 Frederica Street West, being Part of Lane, Block 6, Registered Plan W-185 Neebing (A96), be closed and sold to the abutting property owner for lot enlargement purposes;

AND THAT the City’s easement interest over a portion of Block 65, Part Lot PA, Registered, municipally known as 545 Cumberland Street North (E88), being easement #6, Part of North Subdivision of Section 37, Township of McIntyre be released and transferred to the property owner for property redevelopment purposes;
