Best Practices Clinician |
The Best Practices Clinician is responsible for the coordination and implementation of best practices related to documentation, technology and clinical skills. |
Behavioural Support Lead / Resident Wellness Worker / Resident Care Assistant |
The Behaviour Support Lead supervises and manages our Responsive Behaviour Program, a main focus is to assist in gaining awareness and an increased understanding that will help change not only the way we at Pioneer Ridge view dementia, but the way we support people living with it. |
Registered Nurses |
Registered Nurses are responsible for organizing, supervising, implementing and evaluating the clinical components of the nursing program. |
Registered Practical Nurses |
Registered Practical Nurses assume the team leader role of the Resident Home Area including resident care, staff, and provides optimum individualized resident care |
Personal Support Workers |
Personal Support Workers provide personal care and assistance as outlined in the residents plan of care under the direction and supervision of the RN and RPN |
Restorative Care Worker |
Restorative Care Workers provide varied adapted and individualized restorative programs, which assist residents in achieving their emotional, physical, and social potential |
Nursing Unit Support Worker |
Nursing Unit Support Workers provide support services to the Resident Home Area |
Home Support Staff |
Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team by assisting in meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents, as per their individual plan of care. |
Resident Counsellor |
The Resident Counsellor provides resident focused programs, services, and or interventions |
Infection Prevention and Control Coordinator |
