 Parking Tickets
 Paying your ticket is now quick and easy through our online Pay a Parking Ticket portal*. Tickets can also be paid in-person, by mail, or at drop boxes located in each parkade. Visit the Parking webpage for more information.

 Help us keep our city safe and clean for everyone. If you see an issue, you can report a problem online, or by calling City Dispatch at 807-625-2195

 Transit Schedules, Stops and Service Alerts

 Thunder Bay Transit offers a number of online services to help you plan your trip. Visit the Transit webpage to find more information, schedules and route maps, links to download the Transit app and use the NextLift online service. Stop times are also available by calling Transit Services customer service at (807) 684-3744.

 Water Meter Readings
 Submit your meter readings and sign up for text, phone or email reminders for meter reading or bill due dates through the water meter reading and reminder service.
