Victoriaville Parkade

We offer a number of parking options throughout the city.

Short-term meter rates are in effect Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., free on Sunday.

There is a minimum $0.50 fee when parking at a metered space. There is no longer a time limit at metered spaces. The 15-minute grace period at the end of paid time has now been removed.

Complimentary Holiday Parking

Enjoy complimentary holiday parking from December 16 - January 1, 2025. On-street metered spaces and surface lots across the city are exempt from parking charges during this time. This includes the downtown cores, Bay and Algoma, Westfort and waterfront areas.

2024 Marina Parking Passes Extended

All 2024 marina parking passes will be extended for use until March 31, 2025.

Marina parking passes are available online. Passes can also be picked up at the Municipal Parking Services office in the Victoriaville Civic Centre. For more information please contact Municipal Parking Services at 807-625-2370. 

Monthly rental rate at parkades

As of June 1, 2024 the monthly rate is $78.76. There are no discounts for prepayments, however multiple months can be paid upfront for convenience.

Meter cards

Tired of searching for coins for the parking meter? Try a meter card! It's convenient, easy, and cost effective.

It acts just like a gift card; load the card at our office, then it can be used at any City parking meter instead of coins. Insert the card into a meter to put the maximum amount of time allowed on the meter, then when you return insert your card again to retrieve any unused time. Meter cards can be reloaded at our office when required.

Meter cards are available at Municipal Parking Services in the Victoriaville Civic Centre. 

PLEASE NOTE: When using a meter card at single-space meter it will take up to 14 hours ($28.00) of parking time off the card and put it on the meter. It is imperative that you remember to reclaim your unused time before driving away or that time will be lost and cannot be reimbursed.
